You will need to learn proper running technique elsewhere, but good for interval training, reminders, goal setting and motivation.
I just started using this tool and so far I have enjoyed using it. Would like to find a similar product for spinning. Thanks!
Great motivation. Would be nice if you could have an option for the playlist you select to shuffle the songs rather than always play them in the same order.
I love using this app, especially the voice prompts over my playlist (which I have had no problem getting to shuffle while playing)

Some bad moments

Looks great on App stores, good reviews but crashes on ios7. Also time will not run in background (?!?)
The app is exactly what I wanted in a running app: simple, to the point direction without a bunch of fluff and silly graphics. However, the app crashes every time a session is complete, forcing a shut down of the app. Then you have to check if the app registered that session or not. Until thats fixed, I would not recommend this app.
This used to be a good app but it hasnt been updated in 2 years and doesnt work right with the latest iOS. It is too bad because the interface is perfect. If only it didnt crash all the time and work properly in background mode. Other apps are too social and have unnecessary UI elements. To the DEV: fix this app please
Ive set a goal to run my first 10k in August... Im a week into training and I love this app!!! The pace is perfect!!
Like all the features and working well so far but really hate that it cant allow 3rd party music streaming like pandora. Every time Ive used it when audio prompts come on it pauses music ... Uugghhh!!!
